About Lance A. Ragland Law

Family and Community Focused

For nearly a decade, the Law Office of Lance A. Ragland has assisted clients throughout Central Florida from our Oviedo/Winter Springs offices with matters of estate planning, probate and trust administration. We remain a small firm by choice. Lance and Debbie have been a team since 2008.

We strive to provide straightforward, down-to-earth guidance and services to local families from all backgrounds. Lance’s family lives less than a mile from our office and his children all attended local public elementary, middle and high schools. The atmosphere of our office is comfortable and casual. You will never see Lance wearing a suit unless he is attending a wedding or a funeral.

We understand that cost matters. We quote flat up-front fees for the vast majority of services that we provide, and you will never receive a “surprise” bill from our office. Our clients are free to call or email us for help at any time. That’s why we are here. If we must bill by the hour for a service that a client requests, the hourly rate and the scope of services to be provided will be agreed upon by the client and LAR, P.A. in advance.
